In the ? menu, select “Deactivated Elements”. In the ? menu, choose Info and select “Deactivated Elements”. The system may have switched off the Lookeen Add-In. After disabling the software, Lookeen now works without any problems. This led to disturbances in Lookeen and thus caused Outlook® to crash. We have tested a program that performs daily PC maintenance and discards faulty registrations (for Outlook®) immediately.
